Dear Bauman Construction, Inc This letter is to compliment, commend, and thank your crew who just finished putting 18 windows and a sidelight in our three-season porch. The job was started when promised, completed it in the estimated three days with the site consistently cleaned up after each day's work. Years ago the porch originally started out as a deck, resulting in beams that were twisted a good inch or more. Our view of the outside went from looking through filmy dingy plastic to crystal clear glass! The pictures included of before, during and after say it all; their construction skills made a beautiful difference. Bauman Construction built our new facility in Ladysmith in 2001. They took the project through the planning phase all the way to completion in a little over 8 months. We feel that we got a first class building at a great price. In addition, at our request, they used local contractors whenever possible in order to support our local contractors. The project was completed in a timely fashion with little oversight on our part. Bauman's made what could have been a difficult process very painless. Bauman Construction also completed the project with no cost overruns. Several changes were made during the project that resulted in us getting money back when the whole process was completed. Gary Meinen, the project coordinator, did his best to see that we were satisfied with the building when it was completed. Several minor issues were taken care of quickly and easily to ensure our satisfaction. This was the third major project that we had done by Bauman Construction. Because of our continued satisfaction with their work, we really didn't even consider someone else. I would highly recommend their firm for any construction project.

Bauman Construction has built six (6) buildings for J & D Manufacturing beginning in 1988. Kell Container is a manufacturer of corrugated shipping containers and related inner packaging. Our plant is in Chippewa Falls, WI and we have used Bauman for 4 major building jobs since 1986 and every one has been done as per our specifications, on time and within the budgets set. The major projects were as follows: 1986 a 120' x 337' warehouse addition to the south side of our existing building 1994 a 40' x 409' manufacturing addition to the north side of our existing building 1998 a 40' x 120' interior remodel of warehouse space into offices and upper deck storage area 2000 a 51,000 square feet warehouse and maintenance area on the east end of our building that had to fit a triangle shape piece of land. This addition was very difficult to engineer as well as build because of the site. Bauman has also done numerous interior remodeling and concrete projects for Kell as required. The management of Kell Container has enjoyed working with the Bauman crews that were assigned to our varied projects. The expertise of their staff made each project go very smoothly. We would recommend Bauman Construction of Chippewa Falls for any building project that is needed.

I just wanted to write and thank you for the fine job that your crew did replacing our roof on the showroom at Toycen Motors. It's great not to have to have the condensation issues with the false ceiling, which plagued us for many years. The fact that you could install the new roof over our existing roof, made the job easier and less disruptive to our business. Your crew worked during our business hours, but they made sure to work with us and not a disruption to our business and our customers. I was also impressed how fast the whole installation went. Not only did going on top of the old roof save time, but it also allowed us to retain our current rain gutters, which also saved a sizable amount of money.
