The Project

A 8,179 sq. ft. building consisting of 3,870 sq. ft. garage area and the remainder 4,349 sq. ft. consists of offices, meeting room, restrooms, showers, crew quarters with kitchen. Additional 868 sq. ft. storage mezzanine is provided. Exterior wall construction consists of split face CMU, 24" x 24" cast stone panels, architectural metal panels and smart board lap siding. A bar joist roof system is provided.
