The Project

A 13,574 sq. ft. car dealership consisting of 4,214 sq. ft. showroom, customer service and delivery area, 2,736 sq. ft. dedicated to sales, offices and parts, and a 6,624 sq. ft. service department. There is also an additional 1,918 sq. ft. storage mezzanine. The building is of steel frame construction with masonry and steel exterior walls and an EIFS mansard located at the front and partial sides of the building.
