A 27,540 sq. ft. manufacturing facility with 23,780 sq. ft. in manufacturing space and 3,760 sq. ft. office space. Manufacturing area includes multiple overhead cranes. Building is of steel frame construction with precast and steel exterior walls. A mansard is located at three sides of the office.
