The Project

A 2,804 sq. ft. convenience store remodel with a 1,485 sq. ft. addition. The addition consists of 925 sq. ft. laundromat, 140 sq. ft. storage, 117 sq. ft. walk-in freezer, and 303 sq. ft. cooler. The existing 2,804 sq. ft. remodel includes new flooring, drop ceiling, lighting, drywall and paint, bathroom fixtures, and heating and cooling. The shell of the building is wood framed wtih LP Smart Siding and stone finish on the exterior. Pre-engineered wood trusses were provided.
