The Project

A 9,200 sq. ft. building consisting of 6,256 sq. ft. garage area and the remainder 2,744 sq. ft. consists of offices, meeting room, restrooms, breakroom with kitchen, storage, and training rooms. Additional 231 sq. ft. storage mezzanine is provided. Exterior wall construction consists of steel metal framing and CMU brick. A pre-engineered wood roof framing system is provided.
