The Project

A 21,600 sq. ft. building made up of 1,600 sq. ft. of office and 20,000 sq. ft. of moderate hazard warehouse. The building is of steel frame construction with steel stud office, break room, and restrooms. Color change wainscot lines the exterior of the office area.
