The Project

A 42,460 sq. ft. building complex which includes a 6,336 sq. ft. basketball court, 5,220 sq. ft. swimming pool and 6,200 sq. ft. tenant space.  Remaining sq. ft. includes cardio cinema, Kid Gold's, free weight area, office areas, tanning area, locker rooms and showers.  Additional work out area is located on the mezzanine level which has elevator access.  Building is of steel frame construction with partial masonry and precast concrete exterior walls and some masonry interior walls.
