The Project

A 61,650 sq. ft. manufacturing facility. 57,750 sq. ft. dedicated to manufacturing and shipping and the remainder 3,900 sq. ft. is for the lunch room, restrooms and office space. Also provided is a 2,624 sq. ft. storage mezzanine. This building is of steel frame construction with precast concrete exterior walls.
